New Logo

I'm working on a new logo for my brand, and threw this together. I am not sure I like it - but I can't say "why". I'm afraid that I'm just not viewing it objectively, if I can't define why its not a good logo.

So here it is. Critique. Give it to me - brutal honesty. I really want to know. Better to be a little ego shattered for a few minutes than to be using a bad logo as my brand identity.
